El Ejecutivo rechaza «la írrita e ilegítima práctica de los Estados Unidos de pretender erigirse como policía supranacional de Estados soberanos e independientes», reflejada en el Memorando sobre los principales países productores de drogas ilícitas o de tránsito de drogas importantes para el año fiscal 2022.
«Este hecho violenta principios fundamentales del Derecho Internacional Público, tales como el respeto mutuo soberano, la independencia política, la igualdad jurídica, la no intervención en los asuntos internos y un principio fundamental del relacionamiento jurídico y ético internacional«, dice el texto.
Además señala el comunicado que Venezuela cumple estrictamente con lo establecido en las convenciones de fiscalización internacional de sustancias psicotrópicas y estupefacientes.
