Este domingo 16 de mayo a partir de las dos de la tarde se reunirán el gobierno de Iván Duque y el Comité Nacional de Paro, para empezar a negociar los puntos de acuerdo que los colombianos hoy exigen.
El ministro del trabajo, Ángel Custodio Cabrera agradeció a la conferencia episcopal colombiana y a la oficina de las Naciones Unidas por mediar y lograr que fuese posible establecer una reunión con el comité.
«Yo creo que el país requiere lo más pronto posible las acciones que se necesitan», aseguró Cabrera.
El Alto Comisionado para la Paz, Miguel Ceballos, reiteró la intención del presidente Ivan Duque para iniciar una mesa de diálogo con el Comité que permita dar soluciones a los problemas que hoy afectan a la nación neogranadina.
Ceballos detalló que en la representación del gobierno nacional estarán presentes «la Vicepresidenta de la nacion, Marta Lucía Ramírez, el doctor Emilio Archila, el ministro de la vivienda JonatHan Malagón, el ministro del Trabajo Ángel Custodio cabrera, la subdirectora de planeación nacional Amparo García y la consejera presidencial de Derechos Humanos Patricia Gutierrez».
