En el marco del Plan Zulia Productivo el gobernador del estado Zulia Manuel Rosales Guerrero suscribió este viernes un importante convenio de formación técnica y culinaria con el Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Doctor Cristóbal Mendoza para la formación de emprendedores a través de el Instituto Culinario Dohmi.
El mandatario regional aseguró que «el Zulia avanza hacia la consolidación de importantes logros en materia de productividad, lleno de esperanzas, porque el Zulia Productivo que les he mencionado en anteriores encuentros, avanza mejor de lo previsto».
«Puedo decirles, que en estas horas hay pasos firmes hacia los acuerdos que permitirán el retorno de las transnacionales petroleras y el relanzamiento de la industria nacional de los hidrocarburos. Los sectores productivos saben lo que ha significado esta lucha para conseguir ese objetivo, porque desde finales del 2021 supimos recoger los planteamientos de quienes desean invertir aquí», apuntó Rosales.
Continuó: «ahora, que estamos más cerca de la reactivación petrolera, me permito informarles que ya nosotros veníamos trabajando en el Zulia en las adecuaciones estructurales, necesarias para que nada nos tomara por sorpresa».
La máxima autoridad regional aseguró que la firma del convenio con el Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Doctor Cristóbal Mendoza, forman parte de esa agenda de capacitación.
«Estos cursos en el área de la gastronomía, la panadería y la repostería son esenciales, yo diría que de los más importantes para este relanzamiento de la actividad petrolera, porque al Zulia llegarán inversionistas, técnicos, personal administrativo, diplomáticos y personalidades que estamos obligados ha atender sin nada que envidiar a los estándares internacionales de la cocina», enfatizó.
Rosales manifestó que es un desafío, para que la comida y los sabores sean dignas cartas de presentación de la marca Zulia. «En este Zulia productivo no solo estamos trabajando para la reactivación de la industria petrolera. Vamos con todo por la recuperación del sector industrial, comercial y agropecuario. De eso ya nos han oído hablar».
Hoy estamos firmando un convenio muy importante, para el estado Zulia, para Venezuela, en cuanto a la formación de mil 500 personas de diferentes áreas en lo que hemos denominado Saber y Emprender».
Acompañado del director del Instituto Gastronómico Dohmi, Yolber Rojas y de miembros del tren ejecutivo, Rosales resaltó que la inversión para la formación de este personal calificado asciende a un millón de bolívares digitales y «se traduce en un gran esfuerzo que se une, además, al Programa «Francisco Ochoa» que tenemos con La Universidad del Zulia, que pronto reactivaremos, y se complementará con el Programa «Jesús Enrique Lossada y el próximo relanzamiento de las Escuelas Zulianas de Avanzada».
Vale la pena destacar que estás declaraciones las ofreció desde la sede del Instituto Gastronómico Dohmi, donde firmó un convenio que permitirá la certificación de chefs, barthender, mesoneros y otras actividades importantes como la panadería artesanal, frituras zulianas, pastelería para emprender, salsas para pastas, pastelería, panadería, barismo y coctelería profesional, entre otros oficios.
