El gobernador del estado Zulia, Manuel Rosales, juramentó este domingo 19 de diciembre a la segunda parte de su gabinete ejecutivo el cual lo ayudará concretar sus políticas para el bienestar de la región.
Antes de proceder a la juramentación, el mandatario regional explicó a los nuevos secretarios, coordinadores y directivos que es una etapa de mucho compromiso y responsabilidad para rescatar y relanzar la entidad junto a su estructura cotidiana, en medio de dificultades.
«Tenemos serias dificultades que van desde lo financiero hasta lo estructural y funcionamiento, pero que es necesario superar. No es tiempo de llorar, quejarse, lamentarse o quedarse mirando los nubarrones en el camino y el horizonte. Es tiempo de decisiones, avanzar ser activos y creativos», señaló el jefe del Ejecutivo zuliano.
Recalcó que gobernar no es solo dinero, presupuesto o recursos ya que la creatividad, la pasión, el esfuerzo y la dedicación forman parte del motor en cualquier proceso gerencial y es un reto que está gestión asume con fortaleza.
«Se designó una comisión especial donde intervienen representantes de diferentes sectores para hacer una evaluación de la situación en términos generales de la Gobernación del estado Zulia y presentárselo a la colectividad, no por el interés de crear conflictos y denuncias políticas, sino porque simplemente tenemos que decir que cómo recibimos esta gobernación», aclaró Rosales.
El gobernador recordó a los nuevos miembros de su gabinete que quienes aceptaron los cargos asumen un gran compromiso con el Zulia que en el país y el mundo es observado como expresión de democracia, libertad y principios por lo que es importante el resultado del modelo que se va a aplicar y desarrollar.
