En tal sentido, Eddy Aguirre Saavedra, Secretario de Educación Universitaria, explicó que la entrega del carnet permitirá a los estudiantes recibir beneficios de atención social relacionados al sistema Patria y luego de un estudio socioeconómico los becarios serán atendidos de acuerdo a sus principales necesidades.
«Al momento de hacer la caracterización sabremos si el estudiante padece de alguna enfermedad, requiere un equipo ortopédico o no tiene como trasladarse a la universidad y en eso trabajaremos para que cuente con todas las condiciones para avanzar de manera sostenida en su formación académica», puntuales Aguirre.
Expresó que esta primera fase de carnetización se lleva a cabo por terminal de número de cédula hoy martes 1,2,3, miércoles 4,5,6, jueves 7,8,9 y el viernes 0 y el resto de los jóvenes que no pudieron asistir con anterioridad.
