La tarde de este sábado 26 de febrero, el Destacamento N°111, del Comando de Zona N°11, de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana, con efectivos militares de servicio en la tercera compañía del Aeropuerto Internacional La Chinita, durante labores de patrullaje en el marco del Operativo Carnavales Seguros y Felices Zulia 2022 y del Sistema Defensivo Territorial, dieron captura a dos hombres que llevaban dos panelas de droga.
La detención se realizó en el sector Bajo Seco, de la parroquia Idelfonso Vásquez de Maracaibo. Los ciudadanos identificados como: Nerio Ángel Martínez Campos y Carlos Eduardo Portillo García, al ver a los efectivos militares haciendo la ronda de patrullaje, lanzaron un morral donde llevaban las panelas.
Información recopiladas en el sector apuntan a qué los antisociales pertenecen a un GEDO dedicado al tráfico de drogas.
Los dos paquetes de la sustancia tipo marihuana, arrojaron un peso bruto de 540 gramos.
El caso fue puesto a orden de la fiscalía del Ministerio Público por el delito de trafico y distribución de drogas.
La FANB, mantiene estrictos controles en las comunidades zulianas para erradicar este delito. Por ello intensifica las acciones de intervención legal para dar con los líderes e integrantes de estás organizaciones.
