GNB apresa a sujeto que mató a un perro a garrotazos (video)

Como Santos Rodríguez quedó identificado el hombre que fue detenido por una comisión de la GNB ya que fue grabado cuando mató a golpes de garrote al perro de un vecino.

La foto del aprehendido así como el vídeo de la muerte del animal fueron expuestas por el fiscal general Tarek William Saab en su cuenta de Twitter con la etiqueta #NoAlMaltratoAnimal.

Rodríguez argumentó en su defensa que había ejecutado al perro “porque ésta le mató algunas gallinas”.

El vídeo muestra al ahora detenido en paños, sacando al animal moribundo para lanzarlo a la calle. Luego le da dos palazos más cuando el animal estaba tirado en la calle. Termina la escena agarrándolo por una pata y lo lanza unos metros más allá del frente de su residencia.

El hecho se produjo en la población de Cocorote, capital del municipio homónimo, en el Estado Yaracuy.

Saab indicó que Rodríguez será imputado por los siguientes delitos: «Daño a animal ajeno, Maltrato animal y Justicia por mano propia«.
