La reunión del Consejo Directivo de la Federación Venezolana de Fútbol (FVF), celebrada este martes, 21 de septiembre en Caracas, tuvo como eje principal de discusión, la implementación de medidas que promoverán la integridad y transparencia del fútbol en el país.
En el encuentro, liderado por el presidente Jorge Giménez, el consejo directivo en pleno aprobó la firma de cláusulas de integridad en los contratos laborales de árbitros, jugadores, entrenadores y oficiales que hacen vida en el país; se dio consentimiento a un inédito Código de Ética de la FVF, se acordó la puesta en funcionamiento de un Código de Conducta para las selecciones nacionales y se ordenó ejecutar las resoluciones ya sancionadas por la junta interventora de FIFA sobre las causas de las asociaciones estadales de fútbol, entre otros puntos.
Integridad bajo contrato
En el Consejo, la oficial de integridad y cumplimiento, Evelin Evies, presentó la estructura de trabajo con la que ya labora y propuso la implementación de una cláusula de integridad en los contratos de los trabajadores del fútbol en Venezuela, que dará carácter de legalidad a la preservación de los valores del deporte, y, además, irá acompañado de una declaración de integridad y una serie de medidas formativas y de prevención.
Al unísono, se convino hacer un llamado formal a los clubes para el cumplimiento de los contratos de trabajo en el fútbol profesionales. Estas medidas fueron aprobadas por la plenaria, que ratificó su respaldo a los esfuerzos que se vienen desarrollando en materia de integridad, de acuerdo a lineamientos de FIFA.
Por primera vez la FVF tendrá un Código de Ética
La agenda del día también contempló la presentación y aprobación de un Código de Ética adaptado a las realidades del fútbol actual y supervisado por la Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol, que dará por primera vez en la historia, una serie de instrucciones morales a los trabajadores del balompié en el país, y serán seguidas de cerca por la Comisión Independiente de Ética, que preside Emilio Ramos, quien presentó la propuesta a la asamblea de directivos.
Se pactó la edición física de este Código para su difusión en el entorno futbolístico nacional.
Ejecutarán resoluciones disciplinarias de la junta interventora
En el encuentro de este martes, la primera directora principal del Consejo, Suying Olivares, puso sobre la mesa la consideración de abrir expedientes disciplinarios para ejecutar resoluciones que la junta interventora de FIFA ya había resuelto previamente, sobre las asociaciones estadales de la disciplina. Y al mismo tiempo, se concertó remitir a los Consejos de Honor y Ética, según sea el caso, de procesos contra funcionarios activos o retirados, que tengan elementos o indicios violatorios contra los estatutos y reglamentos federativos.
Se definieron criterios de la licencia de clubes 2022 y aprobaron tres descensos
Asimismo, se presentaron los criterios que serán exigidos para otorgar la licencia de clubes venezolanos en 2022, en el planteamiento, destacó la incorporación de disposiciones sobre el fútbol femenino y la planificación enfocada en evitar el cumplimiento único de una documentación y aumentar la aplicación práctica de las normativas que se conviertan en aportes al desarrollo estructural del fútbol nacional.
En este punto, también fue planteado y aprobado que existirán tres descensos directos en la presente temporada de la Liga FUTVE, y un solo club ascenderá desde la Liga FUTVE 2 para la campaña 2022, por lo que esta se jugará con 19 equipos.
El scouting tendrá un departamento
La jornada sirvió para proponer la creación de un departamento de scouting que, “permita ubicar y perfilar jugadores dentro y fuera del país, para alimentar a las selecciones nacionales”, según explicó el vicepresidente José Antonio Quintero, responsable de plantear la idea al Consejo.
La propuesta fue respaldada por todos los presentes, que acompañaron la trascendencia de elaborar una base de datos con múltiples puntos de interés, que dé al balompié nacional conocimiento sobre los practicantes de la disciplina con condiciones para representar al país.
