Las discotecas de Francia cerrarán a partir del próximo viernes, durante un mes y los festejos previos a la Navidad sufrirán restricciones para tratar de salvar las fiestas de fin de año ante el avance de la pandemia de COVID-19.
El primer ministro francés, Jean Castex, explicó el cierre de discotecas porque la elevada circulación del virus es importante entre los jóvenes y por la dificultad de llevar en ellas la mascarilla, al tiempo que señaló que las empresas afectadas recibirán ayudas económicas.
Asimismo, Castex indicó que, por ahora, no se justifican otras medidas restrictivas generalizadas, como la limitación de aforos o los toques de queda, pero pidió prudencia en todas las celebraciones navideñas, como las cenas de empresa u otras celebraciones.
El primer ministro pidió la anulación de las mismas cuando no sea posible llevar mascarilla y elevar la vigilancia en el resto.
«La idea no es prohibirlos, es que se respete la distancia y se lleve la mascarilla. Pero cuando no se pueda, serán prohibidos«, dijo.
Además, para los eventos navideños al aire libre, como los mercados de Navidad, muy populares en algunas regiones del país, será necesario el pase sanitario.
«Hasta las fiestas de fin de año, tenemos que bajar el ritmo sobre los eventos festivos en la espera privada (…) Si mantenemos la vigilancia las próximas tres semanas, superaremos esta ola», dijo el primer ministro.
Castex también señaló que se pedirá elevar el teletrabajo, con entre dos y tres días por semana, y que se impondrá la mascarilla en las escuelas, incluso en las aulas, que se cerrarán cuando se detecten tres positivos, mientras que se limitarán los deportes de contacto en el ámbito escolar.
