La Fiscalía General de Justicia de Ciudad de México abrió una investigación por los delitos de homicidio y daño a la propiedad sobre el desplome de la Línea 12 del Metro, un accidente que dejó ya 25 muertos.
«Se llevarán a cabo todos los peritajes necesarios», subrayó la Fiscalía, que detalló que indagará en las causas y hallará a los responsables, según el medio mexicano Milenio.
La alcaldesa de Ciudad de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, informó de que la empresa noruega Det Norske Veritas investigará lo ocurrido y anunció ayudas funerarias para las familias. Las autoridades también activaron el Protocolo de Desastres y se actualiza información para familiares de los afectados, entre los que, hasta el momento, son 25 los fallecidos, que ya fueron identificados, según ha precisado la propia Fiscalía.
Exigen justicia
El esposo de Gisela Rioja fue el lunes a trabajar y jamás regresó. Después de una interminable noche de búsqueda en el lugar en el que se derrumbó parte de la estructura elevada y tras preguntar en varios hospitales de la zona, lo encontró donde no quería encontrarlo, en la morgue.
«Yo sí quiero justicia, porque mi esposo no merecía esto», contó desconsolada a Efe horas después de haber identificado el cuerpo y a la espera de que se lo entregaran.
Como ella, decenas de personas pasaron la jornada a las puertas de las oficinas forenses de la Fiscalía de Ciudad de México en Iztapalapa, oriente de la capital, a la espera de recibir la peor de las noticias: que su familiar desaparecido era uno de los 24 muertos en el accidente. A cuentagotas, iban entrando a la dependencia para identificar los cuerpos y posteriormente esperaban en una gran carpa a que se completaran los eternos trámites para la entrega de los cadáveres, algunos con esperas de más de diez horas.
Gisela, quien denunció haber recibido una «actitud pésima» en todos los lugares a los que acudió, está convencida de que el Gobierno local sabía que la línea que su marido tomaba cada día no estaba en buen estado.
«Como no me daban informes en ningún hospital vine aquí y la verdad no se vale. Se supone que el Gobierno ya sabía. Creo que esto es un crimen y pido justicia», expresó.
Peregrinaje para encontrar los cuerpos
El trágico accidente ocurrió el lunes a las 22.22 hora local cuando cedió una viga de un puente elevado de la Línea 12, entre la estaciones Olivos y Tezonco, en el oriente de la capital, provocando la caída de un tren con pasajeros que quedó encallado en forma de «V».
El derrumbe del puente, que calló encima de coches que circulaban por la calle, es la mayor tragedia que se recuerda en la capital desde el terremoto del 19 de septiembre de 2017 y ha conmocionado a México, donde se decretaron tres días de duelo oficial. La mayoría de los 24 muertos y 79 heridos eran personas trabajadoras que regresaban a casa tras una larga jornada, como la cuñada de José Luis, fallecida a los 37 años.
«Desde anoche nos enteramos de que era la línea que ella ocupaba para llegar a su domicilio. Empezamos a atar conjeturas y llegamos al momento de que ella no contestaba el teléfono y comenzamos la búsqueda desde la noche por los hospitales», contó José Luis a Efe mientras su hermano hacía los trámites para recuperar el cuerpo. A raíz del «peregrinaje» por hospitales, esta familia solo había dormido dos horas y ahora tenía que afrontar «trámites engorrosos».
