Fallecen dos futbolistas por un infarto en menos de 24 horas

Marin Cacic, futbolista de 23 años del club croata NK Nehaj, falleció este jueves tras haber sufrido un infarto durante un entrenamiento, informa el diario Marca. Ese mismo día, Mukhaled al Raqadi, de 29 años, corrió la misma suerte mientras calentaba para un partido con su equipo, el Muscat FC, que milita en la primera división de Omán,  reseñó Actualidad RT.

Cacic sufrió un paro cardíaco el martes, por lo que fue trasladado a un hospital cercano, donde los médicos le indujeron un coma. Dos días después, perdió la vida. Desde la página de Facebook de aficionados del NK Nehaj se despidieron del jugador.

Por su parte, Al Raqadi, que este jueves se preparaba para disputar un encuentro contra el Al Suwaiq, se desplomó sobre el terreno de juego y, al cabo de pocas horas, falleció en un centro médico. En un comunicado, el club expresó sus condolencias a la familia del deportista.

Saltan las alarmas

Según el medio, estos hechos hacen saltar las alarmas en el mundo del fútbol. “Cuesta entender cómo estas anomalías cardíacas les suceden a futbolistas que pasan revisiones constantes y están bien de salud”, señala, indicando que esperan que no vuelva a suceder algo así.

El pasado 12 de junio, el centrocampista danés Christian Eriksen, de 29 años, se desplomó sobre el césped durante un partido de la Eurocopa contra Finlandia. Posteriormente, se le colocó quirúrgicamente un desfibrilador automático implantable, dispositivo que se utiliza para estimular el corazón mediante descargas eléctricas en caso de que sea necesario.

Por su parte, Sergio ‘Kun’ Agüero, futbolista argentino del F.C. Barcelona, anunció el miércoles de la semana pasada su retirada profesional tras presentar problemas cardíacos durante un encuentro jugado frente al Alavés el 30 de octubre.
