El venezolano Luis Felipe Rodríguez conquista la medalla de plata en los 400 metros

El atleta venezolano, Luis Felipe Rodríguez Bolívar, conquistó la medalla de plata en los 400 metros T20 (discapacidad intelectual) obteniendo la primera medalla plateada para la delegación criolla en los Juegos Paralímpicos de Tokio 2020.

Rodríguez Bolívar partía como el favorito y dominó parte de la prueba, pero faltando 50 metros fue superado por el francés Charles-Antoine Kouakou, no obstante, ese pequeño detalle no le restó mérito a una actuación histórica que le fue suficiente para que el criollo conquistara la medalla de plata.

Rodríguez dejó marca de 47.71 segundos para darle la primera medalla de plata y la cuarta presea a la delegación tricolor en el magno evento del deporte paralímpico.
