Tras la denuncia hecha en el Consejo Municipal de Derechos del Niño, Niña y del Adolescente del municipio Panamericano en el estado Táchira, funcionarios de Politáchira capturaron a un sujeto de 32 años de edad, el cual abusaba sexualmente de su hija de 13 años y ahora presenta un estado de gestación de 5 meses.
La información la dio a conocer el Comisario General Wilman Rivera Torres, director de Politáchira, quien acotó que una vez realizada la denuncia, los funcionarios policiales fueron hasta la dirección suministrada por las víctimas y aprehendieron al sujeto, que fue trasladado inmediatamente a la sede del Centro de Coordinación Policial del municipio, refiere el portal La Patilla.
El mismo quedó identificado como W. Álvarez , venezolano, de 32 años de edad, quien está siendo acusado de violar a su hija bajo amenaza, desde hace más de un año dejándola embarazada, la cual es la mayor de 8 hermanos. El detenido quedó a la orden de la Fiscalía 22 del Ministerio Público.
