Dos supuestos delincuentes muertos y dos agentes de la Policía Regional heridos fue el saldo que dejó un presunto ataque, durante la noche de este martes a una unidad de servicio vial del sector La Cabrera en el municipio Girardot, estado Aragua.
Fuentes policiales informaron que los fallecidos se encontraban indocumentados.
Mientras que los agentes heridos fueron identificados con los nombres de Alfredo Ramón Mejías Parada y Bernardo Antonio Camacaro Peña.
Según se pudo conocer, los agentes se encontraban de guardia en el servicio.
De repente una pareja de motorizados llegó hasta el lugar y comenzó a disparar.
Durante la acción, los oficiales repelieron el ataque que dejó a los pistoleros heridos.
Ambos fueron trasladados hasta el Hospital Central de Maracay pero, fallecieron mientras eran atendidos por los galenos de guardia.
Tras el procedimiento las comisiones policiales incautaron dos armas de fuego, una escopeta calibre 12 sin marca ni serial visible y un revólver, calibre 38, marca Smith Wesson.
También se localizó una moto, marca Empire, modelo Owen, de color negro.
Al lugar acudieron comisiones del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas (CICPC) y la Unidad de Laboratorio del estado Aragua, quienes adelantan las pesquisas del hecho.
Atribuyen el ataque a una banda que opera en la zona
El grupo criminal se dedica al robo, hurto, cobro de vacuna y secuestro en la localidad.
