Este marte el tribunal acordó orden de aprehensión por solicitud de Ministerio Público contra los músicos Tony Maestracci y Alejandro Soto, luego de haber recibido denuncias por abuso sexual a menores de edad.
Maestracci, baterista de Tomates Fritos, fue separado de la banda cuando salieron a relucir las primeras denuncias en redes sociales y que llevó al Ministerio Público a abrir una investigación.
Lo mismo sucedió con Sojo, vocalista de la banda Los Colores, de hecho con él comenzó una serie de denuncias a través de las redes sociales, en las que muchas jovencitas contaron que fueron abusadas y acosadas por él cuando eran menores de edad.
La información la publicó el fiscal general de la República, Tarek William Saab en su cuenta de Twitter.
«Han sido requeridos por el Ministerio Público por la comisión del delito de abuso sexual contra adolescentes, previsto en el artículo 260 de la Lopnna, con la agravante del artículo 217, de la misma ley», añadió.
