Tarek William Saab, fiscal general del Ministerio Publico, ordenó a través de la red social Twitter aprensión contra el prospecto de Grandes Ligas, Yoander Rojas, por el accidente automovilístico suscitado en Yagua, estado Carabobo.
El beisbolista es señalado de provocar el suceso, donde perdieron la vida cuatro personas, y un herido, en el lugar del hecho estaban los documentos del jugador.
“Orden De Aprehensión a Johander Rojas por el Fiscal 1ero Carabobo…Delitos a IMPUTAR Homicidio Intencional Simple a título de Dolo eventual; Omisión d Asistencia: contra 4 víctimas fatales y un lesionado: a raíz d accidente d tránsito donde el responsable huyó del sitio“, escribió Saab.
