Víctor Hugas,  a través de su cuenta en Twitter, informó este domingo 28 de noviembre, que fue detenida la jueza Estela Ortega en el estado Táchira.

«Hace minutos fuerzas de seguridad detuvieron a la jueza Estela Ortega en el estado Táchira, cabe destacar que la jueza fue la que juramentó a la alcaldesa electa en San Juan de Los Morros del Estado Guárico», escribió Hugas.
