Una mujer que se hacía pasar por «María o Ana», estafaba a personas a través de WhatsApp con la compra de dólares. Según una investigación que ejecuta el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas Penales y Criminalísticas delegación municipal Coro, la mujer opera con otro grupo de personas que están siendo identificadas.
La mujer de 36 años, captaba a personas vía WhatsApp y se hacía pasar por algún familiar o amigo de nombre «Ana» o «María» para luego ofrecer dólares en ofertas atractivas y así recibir pagos a través de transferencias o pago móvil.
Durante las pesquisas le incautaron un teléfono celular dónde le consiguieron las conversaciones con 12 personas que recientemente fueron víctimas del hecho.
Fue detenida en el sector Cruz Verde del municipio Miranda. La detenida registra un antecedente por tráfico de drogas en el Sistema Integrado de Información Policial. El caso pasó a orden de la Fiscalía II del Ministerio Público.
