En el marco del plan P95.0 que impulsa la Gobernación del estado Zulia, para la recuperación de áreas de importancia social en la entidad, este jueves se dio inicio a la rehabilitación de la carretera H y a la adecuación de las escuelas El Porvenir y Electo de Jesús Piña en el municipio Cabimas de la Costa Oriental del Lago.
También se desplegó una importante jornada médica con inmunización viral y despitaje de hipertensión arterial y diabetes.
Alfredo Márquez, secretario de Infraestructura de la Gobernación del Zulia, señaló que la rehabilitación de la carretera H, abarca el asfaltado de 3 kilómetros de vialidad, así como la escarificación de 23 mil metros cuadrados, el bacheo en puntos críticos, la reparación de colectores de agua servidas, la colocación de 3 mil toneladas de asfalto caliente tipo III, así como la demarcación y señalización 3 mil metros lineales.
Especificó que los trabajos tomarán al menos 2 semanas y beneficiarán de manera directa a los habitantes de las parroquias Ambrosio y Carmen Herrera del icónico municipio de la Costa Oriental del Lago.
Manos a la Escuela
Por su parte, Jamelis Ríos, presidenta de la Fundación para la Infraestructura de la Planta Física Educativa del estado Zulia (Fundaeduca), informó que la adecuación y recuperación de escuelas en la entidad avanza sin descanso. «A través del programa Manos a la Escuela en su primera fase hemos abordado 108 planteles en todo el estado, ejecutando labores de desinfección, limpieza, fumigación, poda, desmalezamiento y recolección de escombros, así como la reparación de áreas afectadas por el deterioro y falta de mantenimiento», detalló.
La inversión total para ambas obras es de 693 mil bolívares, los cuales se reflejarán en construcción, modernización de salones y areas deportiva, dotación de pupitres, equipos tecnológicos para aulas virtuales, habilitación de comedores y sistemas de seguridad.
Jamelis Ríos, presidente de Fundaeduca, detalló que el objetivo volver a la implementación del nuevo modelo educativo y las escuelas sociales de avanzadas para brindar una atención integral a los escolares zulianos con programas sociales que reimpulsen la educación, tal y como ha exigido el gobernador Manuel Rosales.
Jornada de inmunización
Por su parte la secretaria de Salud del estado, María Moreno encabezó una jornada de vacunación para fiebre amarilla, primera, segunda y tercera dosis anti covid y despitaje de hipertensión arterial y diabetes.
En tal sentido la titular de la cartera de Salud manifestó que continúan ampliando los puntos de vacunación en la entidad, así como la recuperación de la infraestructura hospitalaria de la mano de la Fundación para la Promoción de la Salud (Fundasalud), como parte del plan de recuperación del Zulia. Detalló que en pocas semanas los índices de inmunización en los municipios del Zulia han superado el 10%.
Las actividades contaron con el apoyo y presencia del alcalde Nabil Maalouf.
