Gerardi, explicó que el déficit que presenta la electricidad en Margarita por su condición insular “no es nueva”.
Comentó que la situación del puerto libre también entra dentro de un proceso de muchas dificultades. “Una vez que se abrieron los aranceles para toda Venezuela, afecto la competitividad de la Isla Margarita”.
Desde el punto de vista inmobiliario, comentó que el sector se encuentra en crisis, a pesar de que hay muchas opciones llamativas.
