Denuncian desaparición de dos periodistas que cubrían enfrentamientos en Apure

Nuestar Tele Noticias (NTN24) denunció en sus redes sociales la desaparición de dos de sus periodistas que se encontraban cubriendo el conflicto armado en el estado Apure.

Los periodistas Rafael Hernández y Luis Gonzalo Pérez, junto a dos activistas de Fundaredes Juan Carlos Salazar y Diógenes Tirado fueron detenidos por la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana cerca de las 4:30 de la tarde de este miércoles.

El grupo se encontraba realizando labores de documentación en la población de La Victoria. Al momento de la detención los funcionarios de la GNB les indicaron a los periodistas que realizarían una revisión del material audiovisual guardado en sus teléfonos móviles y podrían continuar con sus labores. Desde el hecho han transcurrido más de 6 horas.

El portal de noticias aseguró que no han mantenido comunicación y que desconocen el paradero del grupo.

En tanto, Javier Tarazona, director general de Fundaredes, exigió al régimen “garantizar la vida e integridad de estos ciudadanos que cumpliendo con su labor hoy se encuentran en condición de desaparecidos. Hacemos un llamado a los organismos internacionales a estar alertas frente a estos hechos en un contexto de conflicto interno, entre las fuerzas armadas y grupos armados irregulares”.
