Anel Noreña y sus hijos José Joel y Marysol Sosa reaparecieron este lunes en los juzgados de la Ciudad de México para dar lectura al testamento que dejó José José años antes de su deceso.
A su salida del lugar, el primero en tomar la palabra fue el primogénito del intérprete de “Almohada”, quien felizmente reveló que el contenido del documento los favorece.
“Estamos muy contentos, se le dio lectura de manera legal y jurídica al testamento, en donde queda como heredera universal la señora Ana Elena Noreña Grass”, reveló el también cantante a los medios de comunicación que los esperaban a la salida de los juzgados.
Pese a que Sarita Sosa, hija menor del “Príncipe de la Canción”, aseguró en una reciente entrevista que su padre había dejado un testamento en Estados Unidos, que presuntamente invalidaba a los anteriores, Marysol Sosa puntualizó. “[Anel] es heredera universal y no hay, literal, otro testamento”, afirmó.
Por su parte, Anel manifestó con una gran sonrisa que se sentía: “muy contenta, muy agradecida, y muy en gozo, en antojo y en confort”. Y agregó: “José desde el cielo puso a su familia por encima de todo y de todos los demás”.
Al ser cuestionados sobre el monto al que asciende la herencia, Noreña vaciló y dijo: “puras deudas”, y por su parte José Joel agregó: “pero ya quedó establecido”.
Para finalizar, la ex de José José dijo desconocer lo que sucederá con los inmuebles que el cantante dejó en Estados Unidos y se negó a confirmar o desmentir si compartirá algo de la herencia con Sarita Sosa o con la mamá de ésta, Sara Salazar, tercera y última esposa de José José.
