El pasado domingo 13 de marzo la medallista olímpica Stefany Hernández denunció en sus redes sociales que fue víctima de un ataque homofóbico por parte del personal de seguridad de los locales Anónimo Restaurante y Narciso Bar Club, en Las Mercedes.
Según explicó en su cuenta de Instagram, ella y sus amigos fueron expulsados porque no les gustó «a unos cuantos homofóbicos que quisieron atacarnos».
«Un hombre de la seguridad de ese local me golpeó la cara y el oído, hubo también empujones e insultos. El dolor que siento desde anoche es intenso y preocupante por la lesión que me ocasionó, pero para eso ya me están atendiendo y confío en que todo va a pasar», explicó la ciclista BMX, ganadora de medalla de bronce en los Juegos Olímpicos de Río de Janeiro, en un post donde aparece en un centro de salud, reseña El Nacional.
Tras lo ocurrido Anónimo Restaurante publicó un comunicado en el que responsabilizó a Narciso Bar Club de la agresión y anunció la decisión de cancelar la concesión que tenía el local para trabajar en la segunda planta del establecimiento.
Mientras que Narciso Bar Club emitió otro comunicado pidiendo disculpas por lo ocurrido e informó que estaban atendiendo el caso de agresión.
Sin embargo, hay otras versiones que cuestionan la denuncia de Stefany Hernández.
Testigos dijeron en redes sociales que la riña empezó porque Hernández y sus amigos se estaban comportando de manera inadecuada en el local. «¿Por qué la persona afectada en cuestión no cuenta la versión completa? ¿Por qué no dice que no controló su bebida, que empujaba y molestaba lanzando hasta hielo a las demás personas que allí estábamos?», dijo una usuaria en comentarios en Instagram que han sido difundidos por la cuenta @CuquiRobollo.
«Yo estuve presente en el local ese día y el personal de seguridad se acercó a sacar a su grupo por comportamientos que molestaban a todas las personas presentes: empujaban a todo el mundo, lanzaban agua, hielo y otras bebidas al aire y a las demás personas», agregó otro.
Un par de videos de cámaras de seguridad tampoco dejan claro qué ocurrió realmente. En uno se ve cómo sacan a un grupo del local y en otro se observa cuando alguien le da un manotón a Hernández después de que ella lanza un golpe.
El lunes el fiscal general Tarek William Saab informó que fue detenido Robert Ordóñez Ángel, el presunto agresor, a quien imputarán por el delito de violencia física agravada. El abogado, que habitualmente ordena investigaciones de casos que se vuelven virales, señaló que el encargado de lo ocurrido con Hernández será el fiscal 82 nacional en defensa de la mujer.
Por una pea y una mentira, Stefany Hernández provocó desde una pelea hasta despidos múltiples, incluyendo una detención.
Fue rápida para postear el "ataque homofóbico" que "sufrió" juntos a sus amigos… pero ahora, se que sabe la verdad, calla descaradamente.
