Así lo expresó, Tiziana Polesel, presidente del Consejo Nacional del Comercio y los Servicios, Consecomercio.
Afirmó que el sector privado de la economía, hoy disminuido en un 80 por ciento, tiene la convicción de que el potencial de Venezuela y de su gente es tan grande que no ha dudado en una recuperación, como lo han logrado otros países, en tiempos medianos. Economías devastadas por guerras y desastres naturales han sido causantes de sus derrumbes económicos y sociales.
“La reinstitucionalización del país es el principal elemento necesario para el cambio. Ello trae consigo la modificación de la estructura de la sociedad, la independencia de los poderes, sus normas, el respeto a los valores y principios, así como el acatamiento de la propiedad privada en todas sus expresiones”, dijo Polesel, señala el portal Banca y Negocio.
La dirigente gremial, expresó que al darnos un nuevo contrato social es indispensable la coherencia en las políticas públicas, abordar con estrategias claras la hiperinflación, la recuperación del valor del bolívar y seguridad jurídica para empresas nacionales y extranjeras. Solo así podremos generar la confianza que permita el ingreso de inversiones extranjeras y de capital nacional.
Para el sector del comercio y los servicios, es esencial que el Estado venezolano y todas sus instituciones sean un ejemplo para el país. Precisa ser el primero en cumplir las leyes y hacerlas obedecer. Incentivar y ser un promotor de la igualdad de oportunidades, sin favorecer a ninguno de los sectores de la vida nacional. Y eso tiene que ver con leyes justas y respetadas.
“Los venezolanos hemos sentido la vulneración de nuestros derechos ciudadanos; entre ellos, el irrespeto a las normas de convivencia establecidas por lo que vemos el establecimiento de restaurantes y locales comerciales en zonas que no han sido destinadas para tal fin, con la anuencia cómplice de algunos alcaldes y concejales que ni siquiera dan respuesta a sus electores”, asegura.
“La toma de empresas, la producción ilícita ejecutada por sus trabajadores, haciendo uso ilegal de las marcas nacionales o extranjeras son un engaño a los venezolanos, violan el régimen legal y expone al país a demandas que estamos incapacitados para afrontar. Asimismo, la aparición de marcas extranjeras, sin tomar en consideración ninguna normativa y con la complicidad de entes gubernamentales, que permiten su incumplimiento, y que favorece el flagelo de la corrupción afectando a la industria, el comercio, los servicios nacionales y a los venezolanos de menores recursos”.
La presidente de Consecomercio y el sector privado de la economía, en general, consideraron que acciones de esta naturaleza dañan la credibilidad del país y a su economía, impidiendo recuperación del estado de derecho para el agravamiento de la situación de vida de todos los venezolanos.
