Tras arduas pesquisas realizadas por funcionarios adscritos a la Coordinación de Investigaciones Contra la Propiedad de la Delegación Municipal La Guaira, se logró la aprehensión de Jhonathan David Lara Martínez (21) y Anthony Maikol Brazon Marcano (19), quienes explotaban sexualmente a una joven de 14 años.
Al conocer la difusión de imágenes íntimas de una joven de 14 años en la entidad guaireña, se inició el proceso de investigación y se pudo conocer que Jonathan, valiéndose de ser pareja sentimental de la víctima, la forzaba a tomarse fotografías y grabarse, haciendo poses sexuales, con la finalidad de comercializarlas en complicidad con Anthony, a través de Paypal, lucrándose de manera ilegal y afectando la estabilidad psicológica de la menor de edad.
La detención de los delincuentes se registró en la parroquia Urimare, municipio Vargas, estado La Guaira, donde se les incautó un celular Iphone, el cual al ser peritado, se colectó como evidencias varias imágenes y videos de la víctima, además, las transacciones bancarias obtenidas a través de este hecho punible.
