El director del Cicpc, Douglas Rico informó que la victima identificada como: Ángel Alexander Flores Bermúdez de 41 años; fue contactado por Diógenes Nazareth Bravo González (18) y un joven de 14 años, para un servicio de masajes y tratamientos faciales, acordando como encuentro, la dirección Core 8, sector La Constituyente.
Una vez en el lugar, aprovecharon un descuido de Ángel, para someterlo y despojarlo de sus artículos de valor.
Sin embargo, al notar que ponía resistencia, optaron por agredirlo utilizando su fuerza física y luego; desenfundaron un cuchillo, ocasionándole más de 30 heridas en el cuerpo, asesinándolo en el acto.
Luego, se apoderaron de los artículos de valor de la víctima, esperando horas de la madrugada para huir del sitio sin que los detectaran los vecinos.
Los homicidas fueron ubicados en la urbanización Madres Bello, parroquia Dalla Costa, San Félix, municipio Caroní; estado Bolívar, donde se recuperó un celular, una tarjeta de débito y la licencia de conducir propiedad de la víctima.
El caso pasó a disposición de las Fiscalías Segunda y Novena del Ministerio Público del estado Bolívar para su proceso jurídico.
