Hasta este martes, 15 de febrero, se recibirán las propuestas de hombres y mujeres que deseen postularse para los diversos cargos del nuevo Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ).
El presidente del Comité de Postulaciones Judiciales de la Asamblea Nacional, diputado Giuseppe Alesandrello, recordó la fecha de vencimiento del plazo.
Explicó que los cargos a designar son los de: magistrados y magistradas del TSJ, al inspector o inspectora general de tribunales.
Además del cargo de director o directora de la Escuela Nacional de la Magistratura.
“Ese proceso de evaluación tiene varias fases, una de ellas consiste en que un ciudadano puede impugnar a cualquier postulado, para lo cual deberá presentar las pruebas ante dicho comité”, precisó.
Asimismo, aseguró que el comité se encargará de llamar a la persona impugnada y tendrá tres días para presentar sus objeciones.
“Nosotros determinaremos su validez en el seno del comité, entiéndase que es un cuerpo colegiado que tiene esa tarea técnica y jurídica y así lo establece el reglamento de sus funciones que fue sancionado por la Asamblea Nacional”, dijo Alesandrello.
Los interesados deben consignar la postulación ante la AN de 8 am a 12 pm y de 2 pm a 4 pm.
El proceso de postulaciones de aspirantes para los cargos del nuevo TSJ se abrió el pasado 4 de febrero de 2022.
