La Planta de Distribución de Combustible de PDVSA San Lorenzo, ubicada en la parroquia San Timoteo del municipio Baralt, estrena gerencia y es por ello que la nueva directiva ha organizado una misa de acción de gracias este martes, como acto previo al inicio de sus funciones.
Hace pocos días el ingeniero Ranulfo González fue nombrado como nuevo director de esta filial petrolera, mejor conocida como el llenadero San Lorenzo, que tiene más de 100 años de funcionamiento en la jurisdicción baraltense.
La eucaristía fue efectuada en el salón de reuniones de la empresa petrolera y fue oficiada por el párroco local. También participaron de ella Ángel Vergara, director de Seguridad Ciudadana del municipio, en representación del alcalde Samuel Contreras Blanco, quien para el momento cumplía otros compromisos institucionales, y algunos representantes de las fuerzas vivas que operan en esta localidad.
Una vez culminado el acto religioso, las autoridades se dirigieron al área externa del lugar, donde procedieron al izamiento del pabellón nacional para dar cierre al evento.
La nueva dirección de la filial, de la mano con la clase obrera, prevé trabajar de forma conjunta con el ayuntamiento y con los órganos locales para la consecución de los objetivos sociales planteados por el Ejecutivo nacional y el Gobierno regional en beneficio del pueblo.
