Duque se hizo notorio en el país tras causar indignación hace varias semanas cuando se mostró marcando casas de pacientes con COVID-19 en el municipio Sucre de la entidad yaracuyana.
«Todas las viviendas donde tengamos un paciente Covid, aquí está… alerta, a cuidarnos, por nuestra salud, la consciencia es la mejor vacuna para todos«, dijo Duque en ese momento tras amenazar con multas y hasta cárcel a quienes se atrevieran a retirar los carteles.
