Bajo el sol incandescente de Maracaibo, Águilas del Zulia dio inicio hoy a sus entrenamientos de cara a la temporada 2021-2022 de la Liga de Béisbol Profesional Venezolano (LVBP).

El conjunto rapaz contó con la presencia de algunos toleteross veteranos del circuito, entre ellos Alex Romero y Elvis Araujo.

También se hicieron presentes en el entrenamiento Danny Rondón, Luis Álvarez, Wilyer Abreu, Carlos Machado, César Jiménez y Jerry Seitz, informó Águilas en su Twitter.

Bajo las órdenes de Calvin Maduro, coach de pitcheo del equipo, los heptacampeones de la pelota criolla comenzaron su camino en la que será otra campaña atípica, ya que será la segunda con las restricciones por la pandemia del COVID-19, pero con la vuelta de los aficionados a los estadios, aunque con un aforo reducido al 40 por ciento.
