Ada, Chiquibaby y Quique Usales comenzaron la hora de entretenimiento de ‘Hoy Día’ hablando de Fonsi: “Un cantante súper famosos, que ha decidido vender algo, yo lo conozco muy bien y ahora es más rico de lo que era antes… Antes que unas semanas atrás porque vendió todo su catálogo de canciones y publicaciones”, comenzó explicando Adamari con una sonrisa picarona.
Luego de dar los detalles de la venta, lo que abarca este catálogo y las especificaciones, Quique fue directo al decirle: “¿Adamari, te quedó clara esta información?”…
¿Qué dijo ella? Lo mejor que se escuchó en la mañana de Telemundo: “Me quedó clarísimo… Felicidades, se lo merece, ha trabajado toda la vida por eso y, me parece muy bien“, indica La Opinión.
Y luego de hacer un silencio de unos segundos, miró para el costado y agregó: “¡Ay qué pena que no fue en mi año!“, provocando que todo se tentaran de risa incluida la propia Adamari.
Sin embargo, Chiquibaby quiso empoderarla -o balconearla- y le dijo, “Tú amiga, tienes lo que ganas aquí”… ¿Qué le respondió Adamari? “Me toca currar fuerte”… Volviendo a provocar la risa de los tres.

Recordemos que en su primer libro, ‘Viviendo’, Adamari relató que ella debió irse a trabajar a México, más allá de retomar su carrera y a riesgo de poner esa distancia en su matrimonio con Fonsi, porque en su casa todo se pagaba a medias, no tenía otra opción más que salir a ganarse el sustento.
En una entrevista que le dio a Carmen Dominicci, Adamari lo dejó claro: “Me había tenido que ir a trabajar porque en la casa los dos teníamos que aportar dinero, no era una opción de otra forma“, le dijo.
Fue justamente cuando regresó de ese trabajo cuando comenzó a sentir la frialdad de Fonsi y luego le comunicó por teléfono que el matrimonio había terminado.
